Green Day Live 14th Jan 2010 (Friday, January 15, 2010)

Green Day's concert was mind-blowing, it started off with a guest performance by Prima Donna, I've no idea who they are. And the lead singer took off his shirt and performed a number of songs which I don't know. Everyone was shouting GREENDAYGREENDAYGREENDAY and sort of hinting for them to get their asses of the stage. :D
Later a drunk rabbit related to the album came out and drank 2 bottles of Tiger Beer, kept us waiting anxiously and after a few gruelling, hot, stinky, crowded moments, they finally came out and got us screaming like crazy. Everyone was shoving here and there to get close to them.
The finale was Billie Joe singing the slowbeat songs (wake me up, good riddance, last night on earth) with the spotlight solely on him, and it was awfully sweet )):
After that, they just left! ): I think they are super tired due to a mad tight schedule, concerts in diffrent areas of Asia every two days. 14th Singapore, 16th in Hong Koong, 18th in Seoul, 21st in Osaka(Japan), and in all different areas in Japan on 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th. Crazy! And btw on that day, i think the concert was a sell out. Each ticket averages at around $100. They are super popular man!
The concert ended at around 11.40pm, legs hurt like mad. Had to walk home quickly also haha cos I was effing tired. Legs are still aching today, all worth it baby.

And did I mention, I was like the shortest person there? Mainly caucasians and young adults, barely see teenagers around. ): All the girls sat on their boyfriends' shoulder to see. Eventually, I was forced to move to the back.
Okay, didn't get a fantastic view, didn't get a free teeshirt they shot to the fans, didn't have a good camera. But whatever, they really brought the house down with Billie's fantastic live voice! And when i was near the front at the beginning, I saw Billie Joe, and he was hawt times a 1000,0000000000. And they kept saying "we're gnna fucking bring the house down", as in they kept using the eff word haha. And they sort of got everyone screaming by saying "Definitely louder than America." Bet it's fake haha.
Crowd was super high, singing along, holding the punk sign up with their hands to show their full support, grooving to the drums. It was really enjoyable, despite the lousy view from my place, even though i came an hour early to queue.
