Time and time again, talent shows have shown us people from all walks of life, of which some has really touched our hearts :') Orphans, the disabled, the poor, the terminally sick... We have no idea how it feels like to be them, really. People like him pulls me back to reality. Being born with a perfect body, a family, and having had friends all around us, I've realized it's really a waste to not be happy. So whatever's bugging you, cheer up guys! The happiest people are those who treasure the simplest things.
Went for Xmas caroling with the GII choir today @ Singapore General Hospital and I really enjoyed it! Covered songs like Silent Night, Silver Bells, Feliz Navidad and when I see the patients looking at us, apparently grateful to us spreading the Xmas cheer, tears almost fell out haha. Really a meaningful morning.
Went home to nap for ~3hours & watched Already Famous after. Hahaa it was a funny show! Love the msian accent and the funny actors/actresses! My relatives/grandma in msia all exhibit perfect Malaysian Chinese too hahaha.
For example, my uncle says “多少点？” instead of saying “几点？”,
And when my grandma is questioned on why she bought so many clothes, she would say, "买爽的。" And my aunt will say this "几美以下！” Hahahhaa cute!
